The Kymmerian Republic is a Cedronian government in exile based in the Plamya Islands opposed to the Seresian Imperial Republic of Cedronia. It theory, it seeks to institute a constitutional republic in Cedronia that ensures freedom, justice, peace, and prosperity for the Cedronian people. In practice however, the entirety of the state runs as a corporate military-industrial complex, with its inhabitants mainly conducting different services to keep the economy and the structure of the state stable. It is said that the entirety of the Republic revolves around its militaristic and nationalist ideologies and corporate beliefs, believing that strength is the key to survival.
Led by Princeps Ocealus dom Malatos and the Alliance of Republican Forces for the Salvation of Cedronia, the Cedronian Republic broke away from Cedronia after the death of Lucius Regulus and the rise of Ferrum dom Manus. With the Cedronian Civil War currently in it's eighth year, there is a near-constant anxiety shared by all factions of the war of an invasion from the the islands.
The Cedronian Republic has an isolationist policy and very little information is available about the happenings within the country. Refugees are allowed in but none ever leave, whether this is due to them lacking the desire to leave or a state-enforced policy is unknown. Traders are allowed only in certain parts of the country such as trading zones of cities. The traders report seeing what looks to be slaves and this confirms many suscpions of slavery between the Cedronian Republic and the Northern Cities. As well, there are reports of large amounts of naval warships have struck fear in the mainland and most are aware that if the fighting on the mainland were to ever cease, a new and potentially even more costly war with the Cedronian Republic is looming around the corner.

The Grand Navy is split into two forces, the regular navy and the pirate navy. The pirate navy, the one most know of, consists of those who's origins are prisons and pits of despair on the islands. They are known as scum, never shying away from any activity no matter how debased, ferocious or sadistic. Their campaigns of terror and slavery across the seas act as a deterrent for any who dare come close to the Republic islands. It is said that after the islands broke away, their sailors were bad. They only got worse as time went on as each and every marine was a travesty, being used by the republic to spread their reign of terror.

Plamya life focused around martial prowess and obedience.
Slavery is important in the Isles and is used for many aspects of life. The extensive use of slavery has allowed most Seresian men to partake in the military, one of the few profitable jobs in the Isles. An estimated population of 6 million of the 11 million people of the Isles are said to be slaves. Thus the need to keep slave population in check and prevent rebellion is one of the main concerns of the Cedronian Republic. Slaves are ritually mistreated, humiliated and even slaughtered: with every autumn the Seresians would declare war on the slaves so they could be killed by a member of the Secret Police without fear of repercussion.
Women are expected to stay at home to cook and take care of children, they are also expected to defend the Isles in the event of an invasion. Young girls are taught to wrestle and fight in addition to their other studies and at 16, girls are sent to a year of military defense training and enrolled in the Guardians of the Republic.
Boys on the other hand are taught solely how to fight and many Seresian boys are trained from early ages in the ways of battle and the art of war.
