Viridium is a flammable liquid originally discovered by an cave exploration team in Ordovia. Viridium is a highly volatile material; when ignited, it can explode with tremendous force and the resulting fire burns so hot that water cannot extinguish it. Only by smothering the flames with large quantities of sand can they be put out. The discovery of the substance and its use as a fuel played a key role in human history. Control of Viridium was the main cause of the Viridium War.
