Asharism is one of the world's oldest continuously practiced religions centered in a dualistic cosmology of good and evil and an eschatology predicting the ultimate conquest of evil. Ascribed to the teachings of the Tovak-speaking spiritual leader Azar, it exalts an uncreated and benevolent deity of wisdom, Ashar, as its supreme being. It is the world's second-largest religion and are most commonly known as Asharans. Asharans make up a majority of the population in a dozen countries.
